This is my little brother Scott with a before and after picture of his new haircut. Scott has always been a special brother to me. He has always been a good boy and I have always loved him. He suffers from a mental illness and is unable to work but he and Sherrie have been together for seventeen years now and they look after each other and I am glad they have each other. I have tried to talk Scott into a new haircut for sometime now and finally he relented. Doesn't he look so good!!!! Sherrie really liked the new cut too!!!!
