I love to plant flowers, gardens, grass and anything that grows. I loved the flowers this year. The flowers that grew best were petunias, vinca, purple grass, geraniums, pansies and impatients (both did well in partial shade,) salvia, marigolds, yellow cosmos, purple cosmos, snap dragons. lobelia, allysum purple and yellow johnny jump ups or also called viola and a few others that I have yet to learn their names. Plants need to be fertilized periodically. A good fertilizer is 16-16-16 found at Wal-Mart, IFA, Ace Hardware or any gardening store. I throw a handful of the 16 stuff on the pots about every week or two for the first few months. Follow directions on Mirale Grow. Plants need water every day when they are first getting established and then can go every other day once they are growing good. It also depends on the weather conditions, such as heat, and wind.
